1. Introduction Welcome to ShreeBhattJi. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ShreeBhattJi and their Broadcasting Partners (“Broadcaster”) and authorized resellers (“Reseller”). By participating in our reseller program, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Reseller Authorization & Eligibility
2.1. Only authorized resellers can distribute OTT recharge services.
2.2. Resellers must provide accurate business and contact details for verification.
2.3. The Broadcaster reserves the right to approve or reject any reseller application.
2.4 Only INDIAN citizen who are aged 18 or more can become Reseller.
3. Point Balance & Recharge System
3.1. Resellers will receive a virtual point balance from the Broadcaster to recharge end-user accounts.
3.2. Points will be credited upon successful payment by Broadcaster’s policies in a closed payment system.
3.3. The point balance is non-refundable and non-transferable
3.4 . Points will be provided strictly against money received from the Broadcaster in a closed-loop payment system.
4. Pricing & Commission
4.1. ShreeBhattji decides plan pricing and commission to Broadcaster
4.2. Broadcaster may or may not take profit and deposit points to individual reseller
4.3. Only individual are allow to become an reseller . and they are responsible to report and pay tax if any profit made .
5. End-User Recharge & Responsibilities
5.1. Resellers must use the provided platform or API to recharge end-user accounts.
5.2. Recharges must be processed accurately,
5.3. The Broadcaster is not responsible for end-user complaints due to reseller errors.
5.4. Resellers must not engage in fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to unauthorized recharges or resale outside approved territories which is limited to INDIA.
6. Payment & Settlement
6.1. Payments for point balance must be made via https://shop.dbhatt.org which is approved methods within the closed payment system.
6.2. The ShreeBhattJi reserves the right to hold or deduct payments in case of any disputes or violations.
6.3. Failure to maintain timely payments may result in suspension or termination of reseller status.
6.4. Any profit made from recharges will be the sole responsibility of the reseller and must be reported as individual income.
7. Compliance & Restrictions
7.1. Resellers must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding digital content distribution.
7.2. Unauthorized modifications, resale of services, or breach of any contract terms may lead to termination without notice.
7.3. The Broadcaster reserves the right to audit reseller activities to ensure compliance.
8. Liability & Indemnification
8.1. The Broadcaster or ShreeBhattJi is not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by misuse of the reseller system.
8.2. The Reseller agrees to indemnify the Broadcaster or ShreeBhattJi against any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from non-compliance or misuse of the service.
9. Termination & Suspension
9.1. The Broadcaster reserves the right to suspend or terminate reseller accounts for violations of these terms.
9.2. Resellers can request account termination, but any remaining point balance will not be refunded.
10. Amendments & Governing Law
10.1. The Broadcaster may update these terms at any time, with notice to resellers.
10.2. These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bhavnagar Gujarat – 364001 Jurisdiction.
