This Privacy Policy applies to all Android applications (“Apps”) developed, operated, published, maintained, or technically managed by Urmic.org on behalf of broadcasters, publishers, media companies, digital news publishers, OTT platforms, radio stations, and related organizations (“Broadcasters”).

Each Broadcaster may independently operate and control its own content, moderation, streaming infrastructure, advertisements, and policies.
2. No User Tracking or Monitoring
Unless explicitly disclosed within a specific App:
- The App does not intentionally track users.
- The App does not intentionally monitor personal activities.
- The App does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.
- The App does not intentionally record private communications.
- The App does not intentionally profile users for surveillance purposes.
- The App does not intentionally sell personal user data.
Urmic.org aims to maintain a privacy-focused technical infrastructure wherever reasonably possible.
3. Information That May Be Processed Automatically
Certain limited technical information may be processed automatically by Android systems, Google Play Services, content delivery networks, hosting infrastructure, streaming providers, or integrated third-party services for operational purposes.

Broadcasters and publishers are responsible for ensuring that any additional SDKs, advertisements, analytics tools, or integrations they request are properly disclosed where required.
6. Content Classification & Age Ratings
Broadcasters and publishers are responsible for content classification compliance under applicable Indian regulations including MIB advisories and IT Rules, 2021.
Where applicable, content may be categorized as:
- U (Universal)
- U/A 7+
- U/A 13+
- U/A 16+
- A (Adult)
Classification may consider:
- Violence
- Language
- Horror
- Sexual content
- Nudity
- Substance use
- Mature themes
Publishers are solely responsible for assigning and maintaining appropriate content ratings.
7. Children’s Privacy
Apps are not intentionally designed to unlawfully collect personal information from children.
For age-restricted or mature content, broadcasters may implement parental controls or age restrictions where applicable.
Parents or guardians who believe personal information has been improperly submitted may contact the relevant broadcaster or Urmic.org.
8. Broadcaster Responsibility
Broadcasters and publishers remain solely responsible for:
- Published content
- Editorial decisions
- Streaming operations
- Copyright compliance
- Advertising compliance
- User communications
- Legal and regulatory obligations
- Content moderation
- Age ratings
- Grievance handling obligations
Urmic.org primarily functions as a technical development and infrastructure provider.
9. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Users may submit complaints, legal notices, copyright concerns, regulatory complaints, or grievance requests through:
